LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION — HOSTED MESSAGING SERVICE
Effective Date: today
I, the undersigned, on behalf of Summit Mortgage Group, LLC (the "Customer"), hereby authorize Piggyback ("Service Provider") to act as our agent for the limited purpose of arranging hosted SMS and MMS messaging service on the telephone number(s) listed below, through the Customer's existing wireless carrier and downstream messaging connectivity partners (Direct Connect Aggregators, Mobile Network Operators, and The Campaign Registry).

EXISTING VOICE CARRIER: AT&T Mobility (will remain unchanged)
SCOPE OF AUTHORIZATION: This authorization permits Service Provider to (a) submit hosted-messaging orders to the Customer's carrier and downstream connectivity partners; (b) register and maintain 10DLC brand and campaign records with The Campaign Registry on behalf of the Customer; (c) execute account-level changes necessary to enable, suspend, or release SMS/MMS service on the listed number(s).
SCOPE EXCLUSIONS: This authorization does NOT extend to porting voice service, terminating any existing carrier contract, or making any changes to billing arrangements outside of messaging-related charges to the Customer's account with Service Provider.
TERM AND TERMINATION: This authorization remains in effect until rescinded in writing by the Customer. Upon rescission, Service Provider will release messaging hosting through carrier-coordination channels in the ordinary course (typically 1–7 business days).
WARRANTIES: The undersigned warrants that they have full legal authority to bind the Customer to this authorization.
